Warranty Information
Loving Sleep Warranty Policy
This warranty applies to products purchased from the Loving Sleep company store. We follow California’s warranty standards for manufacturer defects in workmanship and materials.
Warranty Period
All Loving Sleep mattresses and foundations carry a 10-year warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship during this period. The warranty applies to the original purchaser only.
What Is Covered
Loving Sleep will repair or replace, at our option, any mattress or foundation with a covered manufacturing defect. Covered defects include:
• Broken coils in coil or hybrid mattresses
• Structural defects in the mattress or foundation
• Side stitching failures that affect normal function
• Body impressions deeper than 1.5 inches (measured using our approved method, available upon request)
• Foundation defects when used with a proper support system
Support System Requirements
To remain under warranty, the mattress must be supported correctly:
• Full, queen, and king sizes must have center support touching the floor in at least two points
• Slats may be no more than 2 inches apart
• Use on old, worn, or unsupportive box springs voids coverage
• Use on surfaces that flex or sag voids coverage
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
• Quilting thread unraveling
• Mattress handles (handles are not covered under warranty)
• Normal wear and tear
• Fabric stains, moisture, odors, or unsanitary conditions
• Damage caused by pets or accidents
• Label defects
• Comfort preference
• Damage caused by incorrect support systems or improper use
• Commercial use
• Sheets, protectors, pads, and other bedding items unless the defect affects basic use and is unrelated to washing or wear
Condition of Returned Items
Warranty inspections require the product to be clean and free of stains or soilage. Unsanitary items cannot be accepted for review.
Repair or Replacement
Loving Sleep may repair or replace the defective item at our discretion. If original materials are no longer available, materials of equal or better quality will be used. Repair or replacement does not reset or extend the original 10-year warranty period.
Sleep Trial and Warranty
Our 30-day sleep trial is separate from the warranty. Warranty coverage begins at the date of purchase and continues for 10 years. Sleep trial returns require returning the mattress at your expense and include a 10 percent restocking fee.

This warranty reflects the quality of the materials and the build of Loving Sleep products and mattresses. We do not inflate our prices to cover high returns or “free” services like many boxed-bed companies do. Instead, your purchase goes toward better construction and long-lasting comfort. Our process is transparent, fair, and focused on giving you real value.
