Loving Sleep Return and Sleep Trial Policy

We offer a 30-day sleep trial on all of our mattresses. If you are not comfortable within that time, you are welcome to return the mattress at your expense. Returned mattresses carry a 10 percent restocking fee. This keeps our pricing fair, since most of our mattresses are not compressed and put into a box. We do not build large refund losses into our prices the way many boxed-bed brands do.

You have a few options during the 30-day period:

1. Return for Refund
• You return the mattress at your expense
• A 10 percent restocking fee applies
• Refund is issued once the mattress is received

2. One-Time Exchange
• You may exchange the mattress one time for a different model or firmness
• Any price differences are settled at the time of exchange
• The original mattress must still be returned at your expense

3. Store Credit
• You may choose a full credit toward another product in our company store
• Partial credit options are available if preferred

With these policies, every dollar of your purchase goes into the quality of the materials and the build of the Loving Sleep products and mattresses. We do not use crutch marketing techniques like one-year sleep trials or “free” delivery offers. When companies promote those perks, the cost is simply added into the price of the bed, which reduces overall quality.
