The open cell structure of the latex keeps air moving through the pillow all night, helping to keep your head and neck cooler than conventional polyester or synthetic fills. The pillow arrives generously filled to provide full loft and support for side sleepers right out of the package. If you prefer a lower, softer feel, simply open the zipper and remove fill until the pillow matches your preferred loft and firmness. CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
• Spot clean cover only with a damp cloth and mild soap — do not machine wash the pillow
• Allow to air dry completely before use
• To adjust loft: unzip the cover and remove fill gradually until you reach your preferred height
• Store excess fill in a sealed bag in case you want to add it back
• Place your own pillowcase directly over the pillow — no special cover required
